Tea for Urinary Tract Infections – Herbal Blend 9

Effect:

Reduces the likelihood of bacterial growth and reproduction, which are the main causes of urinary tract infections, and supports their elimination from the body through urine. It alleviates discomfort caused by urinary tract infections and also acts preventively, especially in individuals prone to frequent infections.

Ingredients:

Birch leaf, Bearberry leaf, Parsley leaf, Blackberry leaf, Corn silk, Horsetail herb, Basil herb, Knotgrass herb, Yarrow herb, Oregano herb, Rosehip fruit.

Directions for use:

Place 3 tablespoons of the tea in one liter of boiling water, stir, cover, and let steep for 60 minutes. Then strain and drink throughout the day. If desired, the tea can be sweetened with honey or sugar. People with diabetes should drink the tea unsweetened.
