Effect:
Helps in states of stress, nervous tension, and restlessness. It has a calming effect and promotes restful sleep. Sleep occurs faster and is uninterrupted, while tension accumulated during the day is reduced.
Ingredients:
Melissa leaf, St. John's Wort herb, Basil herb, Hops cone, Linden flower, Peppermint leaf, Oregano herb.
Directions for use:
Place one tablespoon of the tea in 200 ml of boiling water, stir, cover, and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain the tea and drink as needed. For therapeutic purposes, the tea can be consumed up to three times a day. If desired, the tea can be sweetened with honey or sugar. People with diabetes should drink the tea unsweetened.
