The online store www.plus-pharmaceuticals.com, operated by Plus Pharmaceuticals DOO Kragujevac, has a signed agreement with the AKS courier service for deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Delivery Timeframes

Once you receive confirmation of your order via the email address provided during the ordering process, for all orders placed before 3 PM from Monday to Friday, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days throughout the Republic of Serbia. The usual delivery time is 2 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), it will be processed as if it were placed on Monday — meaning delivery will begin the next working day. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Package Pickup

Couriers deliver packages to the specified address between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the package. Items will be packed to prevent damage under normal handling conditions during transport. Upon receiving the package, please visually inspect it to ensure there is no visible damage. If you notice that the box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged as well, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package twice. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually call the phone number you provided when placing the order to schedule a new delivery time. If you are not available at the second attempt either, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders over 2,500.00 RSD! For orders under 2,500.00 RSD, the shipping cost is 450.00 RSD.

The shipping fee or free shipping applies to packages up to 2kg in weight delivered to the customer’s address. For packages exceeding 2kg or of larger dimensions, an additional fee may apply. The customer will be informed of any such extra charges after confirmation with the courier services.
