• that the customer can pay for goods purchased via the website www.plus-pharmaceuticals.com by cash on delivery, credit/debit card, or bank transfer;
• that by clicking the SEND ORDER button during checkout, the customer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;
• that for all orders with a value less than 2,500.00 RSD, the customer is obligated to pay 450.00 RSD including VAT for delivery costs. For all orders with a value over 2,500.00 RSD, delivery is free;
• that in the event of non-conformity of goods to the contract, the customer has the right to file a complaint as defined by the Rulebook on Consumer Complaints Procedure for goods purchased through the ONLINE store, available HERE. • that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel the purchase) within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. Refund Policy

In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who previously paid using one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Plus Pharmaceuticals DOO Kragujevac is obliged to perform the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, which means the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account upon the seller’s request.

VAT Statement

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For an informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your credit card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Delivery Information

The online store www.plus-pharmaceuticals.com, managed by Plus Pharmaceuticals DOO Kragujevac, has a signed contract with the AKS courier service, which handles delivery within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Delivery Deadlines

Once you receive confirmation of your ordered products at the email address provided when placing the order, for all orders received by 3 PM from Monday to Friday, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days throughout the Republic of Serbia. The usual delivery time is 2 business days. If the order is placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), delivery will be handled as if it were received on Monday—the next business day. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Package Collection

Couriers deliver packages to the delivery address between 8 AM and 5 PM. Please ensure that someone is present at the address to receive the package during this period. Items will be packed in a way that prevents damage under normal handling during transport. When receiving the package, please visually inspect it for any visible damage. If you notice significant damage to the transport box and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.

Each package will be delivered with two attempts. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually call you at the number provided during order placement to schedule a new delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful again, the package will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for all orders over 2,500.00 RSD! For orders below 2,500.00 RSD, a delivery fee of 450.00 RSD applies.

The delivery fee or free delivery covers packages up to 2 kg in weight delivered to the customer’s address. For packages over 2 kg or of larger dimensions, additional charges may apply, and the customer will be informed after checking with the courier service.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette RS No. 62/2014), you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to you, without giving any reason.

• The customer exercises the right to withdraw from the distance or off-premises contract by submitting a withdrawal statement to the seller within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier.
• The withdrawal statement becomes legally effective from the day it is sent to the seller. After the 14-day period, the product can no longer be returned.
• By withdrawing from the contract, you are released from all obligations, except for the costs related to returning the goods. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice and the withdrawal form.
• Upon receipt of the product, it will be verified whether it is intact and undamaged. The customer is responsible for any defects or damage resulting from improper handling, meaning the customer is liable for any decrease in product value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If it is determined that damage occurred due to customer misuse, the refund will be denied and the product returned at the customer’s expense.
• Article 33 of the Consumer Protection Law
• If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the contract is considered null and void, and obligations prescribed by Articles 34 and 35 of the Law shall apply.
• The seller is obliged to promptly refund the amount paid by the customer under the contract, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement and the product. In distance or off-premises contracts, the seller must refund the customer after receiving or collecting the goods or receiving proof that the customer has sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Complaints

When receiving a package, please check it in the presence of the courier. If the package has visible damage (torn parts or dents), do not accept it. In this case, please call us at +381 60 417 04 14 or send an email with your details (name, surname, phone number) to marketing@plus-pharmaceuticals.com and state the reason for refusal. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.

If you accepted the package and later discovered that the delivered goods do not match your order or the invoice details are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by phone at +381 60 417 04 14 or by email at marketing@plus-pharmaceuticals.com, describing the issue. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.

If you notice non-conformity in the purchased product as defined by the Consumer Protection Law, please act in accordance with the Rulebook on Complaints for goods purchased through the online store (available HERE).
